ARC Recruitment is seeking an experienced and reliable Picker & Packer for a full‑time position in Norwich.

We are looking for a Picker & Packer to join a leading group in the stationery, print and greeting cards sector. This full‑time role requires working from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Accurate picking: efficiently and accurately selecting products from a wide range of stock.
Secure packing: ensuring all items are securely and neatly packed for dispatch.
Quality control: verifying that the contents of each order are correct before they are sent out.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar picking and packing role, be detail‑oriented, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled with precision.
