Overview
Are you passionate about driving change and innovation in the car industry? Busseys BYD retail store in Norwich is looking for a motivated individual to join the team as Trainee Sales Manager. With the support and guidance of our experienced General Manager and his team, you will embark on an exciting journey of discovery to become an effective Sales Manager while demonstrating the brand values of Busseys and BYD.
Over time you will develop all the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in Sales management. You will be a key member of the group's Sales management team, reporting to the General Manager.
- Assisting in delivering and driving exceptional customer experience.
- Developing and motivating the existing sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Developing the drive for new and used vehicle volumes, profitability, F&I sales and accessories.
- Reviewing budgets and cost control.
- Assisting in managing the Sales process to maximize opportunities.
- Assisting in controlling the display and site appearance.
You will ideally have some previous sales or management experience and be able to demonstrate an organised, strategic and motivational approach.
RemunerationThe successful candidate will receive a remuneration package commensurate with this important position. It will include an excellent basic salary and bonus scheme with OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 pa and of course company car and pension.
