As a Sales Office Manager based in Norwich youll be responsible for:
Leading the sales office, driving branch performance and managing the in-branch sales team of two Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring excellent service Managing your own customer ledger, analysing Power BI sales reports to identify growth opportunities, and overseeing onboarding and customer visits. Conducting performance reviews, 1:1s, recruitment, and providing cover for the Branch Manager when required.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am
