Contract Manager – Drylining
Norwich / Norfolk & Surrounding Areas
Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in drylining / interior fit-out to join our growing team. This is a key role overseeing multiple projects across Norwich and the surrounding regions, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple drylining contracts from pre-start through to final account

* Oversee site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

* Prepare and monitor programmes, budgets, and cost forecasts

* Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts

* Liaise with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

* Ensure compliance with H&S, quality standards, and company procedures

* Resolve commercial and operational issues proactively

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Contract Manager within drylining / interior systems

* Strong understanding of drylining systems, partitions, ceilings, SFS, and finishing trades

* Solid commercial awareness and contractual knowledge

* Ability to manage multiple live projects

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* SMSTS / CSCS (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence
