Project Manager - this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a leading building contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high‑rise residential projects ranging from £5m to £50m.

Key ProjectThe initial project (starting in March 2026) is a high‑end care home consisting of several blocks of accommodation with onsite extra‑care facilities in Norwich (£25m).
Salary & Package- Basic salary £72,500 – £82,500 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must demonstrate a track record as a Project Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor with projects of £10m+.
