Minor Works Supervisor

We are looking for a Minor Works Supervisor to join an established FM company on a temporary basis. This role is site based in Norwich, working Monday to Friday. You will need to have a hands-on background with experience supervising painting, decorating, and minor works.

Monday to Friday 8 5pm (flexible start time if needed)

Temporary

£25 £ 28 per hour

Based in Norwich

As a Minor Works Supervisor, you will be:

• Supervising minor works including painting & decorating, snagging, and small fit-outs

• Managing a team of 4 technicians and coordinating subcontractors as required

• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

To be successful as a Minor Works Supervisor you will need to have:

• Experience supervising minor works or maintenance projects

• Background in painting and decorating or similar finishing trades

• Experience managing small teams and subcontractors
