Solicitor/ Associate - Property Litigation - Norwich or Cambridge with hybrid working

A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm

• Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial, residential, and agricultural land.
• Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases
• Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
• Interpretation and enforce ability of restrictive covenants
• Advising on private nuisance and trespass

• 1+ years PQE in Property Litigation
• Ability to deal with a broad range of clients
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Strong commercial acumen
