My Client is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, ensuring smooth transactions for clients buying or selling residential properties. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.

• Manage the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Conduct property searches and investigations, reviewing contracts and legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Provide clear advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations throughout the process.
• Prepare and submit relevant documentation to land registries and local authorities.
• Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process, employing negotiation skills to resolve matters amicably.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
