• Provide fee earning support alongside the Head of Plot Sales Team
• Working on a wide variety of complex and high value residential development matters
• Network and grow relationships with clients and local agents
• Actively participating in business development to develop and grow the practice

• 4+ years PQE in the residential development sector
• Proven ability to meet the demands of high value conveyancing
• A significant existing following would be an advantage
• Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
