.
In this client‑facing role, you will support the delivery of social media, paid search, and website‑related campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, excellent communication, and strong client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with internal commercial teams and fulfilment specialists while managing multiple projects and assisting clients with website updates, paid media activity, and campaign performance.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem‑solving, learning new systems, working collaboratively, and delivering high‑quality digital marketing support.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise directly with clients and commercial teams, providing clear communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinate social media, paid search, and website tasks across multiple client campaigns.
- Work across several projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met individually and as a team.
- Support website architecture and development conversations with clients.
- Complete simple website update tasks, such as changing assets on live sites.
- Develop skills in managing paid media channels and supporting effective marketing strategies.
- Use Google Analytics and related tools to support reporting and performance insights.
- Work closely with fulfilment teams across the business to ensure smooth end‑to‑end campaign delivery.
