I am recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst to be based in Norwich.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities- Provide second and third line support to users.
- Ensure optimum use of IT systems, including managing capacity and proactively monitoring error conditions and alerts.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures relating to security and best practice are adhered to.
- Must hold MCP or MCSE qualifications.
- Experience with OS builds/rebuilds for Windows 7/10 and Windows Server, including applications, network and user configuration.
- Ability to configure and implement anti-virus technologies for all servers/PCs and related network and systems using agreed tools, procedures and software.
- Experience in administering and analysing security implementation, including scheduling server level updates and patches from Microsoft and user level security infrastructure from domain-wide administration privileges to individual access rights to remote resources.
