Delivery Lead

Salary:
Norwich circa £55,000

A bit about the job:

You will be responsible for managing a team who are developing and implementing integration technology solutions, plans, processes and procedures within the allocated area(s) of responsibility, in compliance with internal policies, laws and regulations.

  • Oversee and deliver various work streams across various integration platforms, while advancing the existing platform.
  • Manage team deliveries with a mix of GSPs and insourced teams, allocate daily tasks, and resolve team blockers.
  • Champion Agile practices within the team and across broader project environments, adapting delivery approaches to suit context.
  • Own delivery risk management across various initiatives, ensuring proactive identification, mitigation, and transparent reporting.
  • Efficiently oversee resources, projects, and delivery timelines for key initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Solid understanding of Agile values, principles, and delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
  • Understand and translate complex challenges/requirements into deliveries for the team. Proven experience in leading delivery across complex, multi-team environments, ideally within technology platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including platform teams, project/program teams, and partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive collaboration.
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and to have a delivery-focused mindset with a passion for enabling teams to succeed and deliver value.

  • Salary National Circa £55,000 based (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
