R13 Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, multi-site operational business in their search for an experienced HR professional to join their Senior Management Team.

This is a pivotal appointment at a key stage of the organisation’s journey. Having grown significantly in recent years, the business is now seeking a forward-thinking HR leader who can modernise practices, embed scalable processes and drive system improvements to support continued growth.

This role blends strategic influence with hands-on delivery and will suit someone who thrives in change-focused environments.

Salary offered at £40,000 – £50,000 DOE working in a hybrid capacity with company offices just south of Norwich. Full-time hours with occasional travel to sites required.

The Day to Day
  • Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and workforce development strategies.
  • Coaching and upskilling managers to confidently manage performance, 1-2-1s and development planning.
  • Supporting leaders through periods of change and organisational evolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Overseeing performance management, employee relations and absence management processes.
  • Reviewing and modernising HR policies and procedures.
  • Evaluating and improving existing HR and business systems.
  • Leading the implementation and integration of new technology where appropriate.
  • Providing workforce planning insight to senior leadership.
  • Contributing to organisational design and change management initiatives.
You Will Have / Be
  • Strong generalist HR experience at management level.
  • Experience in systems integration or digital improvement (advantageous).
  • Experience supporting organisational growth, change or transformation.
  • Confident coaching and influencing senior managers.
  • Comfortable modernising processes and introducing new systems.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • Analytical and commercially aware.
