Senior People Advisor - 3 Month FTC

As Senior People Advisor (FTC), you will provide expert people advice, comprehensive case management and workforce planning support, while playing a pivotal role in organisational design and change initiatives. We are seeking a CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) HR professional with strong generalist experience in advisory or business partnering roles. You will have experience in change management, organisational development, complex employee relations, and a solid understanding of UK employment law.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, commercially aware, thrives in fast-paced, changing environments, and can build trusted relationships across the organisation.

• Diagnose organisational challenges and design practical, effective people solutions
• Lead on complex employee relations cases
• Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability
• Support significant change activity, including restructures, consultations and TUPE
• Contribute to workforce planning aligned to strategic and transformational priorities
• Use data, insight and professional judgement to shape organisational structures
• Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation

This role requires a collaborative approach, commercial thinking and the confidence to influence at senior level, while fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment. Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to completion of a satisfactory basic DBS disclosure.
