Overview
We are looking for someone to join the HR Business Partner Team to provide crucial support as a maternity cover. This is an exciting opportunity to step into the role of Care Group HR Business Partner. As a member of the HR Business Partner Team you will work closely with the Strategic HR Business Partners to support senior leaders and managers across the hospital.
You will provide strategic HR guidance, ensure best-practice people management, and help create a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture. Care Group HR Business Partners are critical in the operational delivery of Trust-wide strategic improvement actions and supporting Care Group performance against workforce KPIs.
Candidates will be expected to hold CIPD Level 7, or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience in addition to experience working as an HR specialist in a larger complex and unionised organisation. Candidates should be able to evidence knowledge of good practice developments in Human Resources Management applying this with organisational values. As Care Group HR Business Partner you will be able to identify, interpret and analyse complex information in order to identify trends, and measure and evidence improvement actions.
