Recruitment Consultant

Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will run a full recruitment lifecycle (with training and support), developing a specialist market, building a candidate network, and delivering exceptional service to clients.

• Building and managing a specialist desk (candidate‑led and client‑led activity)
• Business development and account management with new and existing clients
• Market mapping, headhunting, and attracting high‑calibre candidates
• Managing the recruitment process end‑toend (briefing calls, interviews, offers, onboarding)
• Maintaining high standards of communication, pace, and professionalism
• Tracking activity and results, with coaching to improve performance and earnings

• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with outreach and relationship‑building
• Curious and commercially‑minded, with strong written and verbal communication
• Organised and consistent—able to manage multiple live processes
• Committed to being office‑based in Norwich (this role is not hybrid/remote)
