You will ensure that the hotel operation runs smoothly and efficiently overnight. Carrying out night audits and duty management duties whilst ensuring that all guests receive the highest standards of guest service.

• Previous experience within a front office, reception or front ofhouse position, or equivalent
• People management experience
• Quality & standards driven
• Outstanding customer service skills

Our hotel has beautiful garden views with an 18‑hole golf course and the dining options include the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
