Overview

Join our Risk and Patient Safety Team as a Learning from Deaths Admin Assistant and play a vital role in supporting compassionate, high-quality healthcare. You will coordinate key activities for the Learning from Deaths portfolio, working closely with clinical leaders and governance teams in a collaborative, supportive environment. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate SJR panel meetings and manage training.
  • Maintain accurate records to support the Learning from Deaths programme.
  • Work closely with clinical teams, handle sensitive information, and use systems like InPhase and Microsoft Office daily.
  • Be proactive, approachable, and uphold confidentiality, reflecting PRIDE values every day.
  • Make key decisions such as prioritizing and scheduling meetings and training to meet service needs, escalating cases for further review when necessary, and determining the best way to communicate findings and actions to ensure lessons are shared and improvements are made.
