Position: 111 Health advisor

We are currently recruiting for 111 Health Advisors within Norwich to join our client at their Care Coordination Centres.

Shifts starting immediately (day, Nights and weekend shifts available). The role is working on an ad hoc, shift by shift – zero hour contract so will require flexibility to help cover and support the services staffing gaps, perfect for anyone wanting  a flexible work approach or something to supplement your current job role.

* About the Role
As an NHS 111 Health Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients calling NHS 111. Using the NHS Pathways system, you’ll assess needs and provide safe, non-clinical advice.
Calls can range from simple prescription queries to supporting callers in emotional distress. You’ll need to remain calm under pressure, think quickly, and accurately record information.

  Salary
• £ 16.20 per hour (LTD company rate, inc of holiday and NI)

The ideal candidates must have the following as are required to start work ASAP:
Pathway trained  Working Hours

• Must be available and flexible to cover a range of shifts patterns

• Full-time: mix of early (7–8am starts) and late shifts (up to 10pm), or late-only / night-only options

• Part-time: evenings, weekends, or weekend-only roles available

• Night shifts typically 10pm–6am
