A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home in the Brooke, Norwich area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers. The care home gets to know the residents and the staff pride themselves on offering the highest quality care tailored to their needs.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting wellbeing and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, including personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, wellbeing and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

Salary: GBP
12.60 per hour; annual salary GBP
