About us

At Evolve Psychology, we do things differently. Founded in 2014 by Dr Laura Powling, our mission is to combine care, connection, empathy, and clinical excellence with no compromise. What began as a small practice delivering expert witness and neurodevelopmental assessments has grown into a national independent psychology service, providing NHS-funded assessments across the UK. We are clinician-founded and led, fully registered with HCPC and affiliated with the British Psychological Society.

Our award-winning multidisciplinary team of over 100 experts specialises in autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyscalculia assessments for children, young people, and adults. We prioritise evidence-based, person‑centred care that supports the whole individual, not just a diagnosis, and offer clinicians opportunities to contribute to training, research, and neuro‑inclusive initiatives. Guided by compassion, clarity, and integrity, we are growing sustainably, with clinics across the UK and a commitment to high‑quality, meaningful impact in every service we provide.
