We are pleased to be recruiting Support Workers in Norwich, Norfolk to support children and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an excellent opportunity for experienced care professionals to join a trusted, person-centred care network and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they support. You will work across a range of settings, including residential services, respite centres and specialist facilities, as well as supporting individuals who live at home with their families and access structured care environments.
Responsibilities- Providing high-quality personal care and mobility support
- Supporting communication, sensory and emotional needs
- Assisting with daily routines, therapeutic activities and meaningful engagement
- Promoting independence, dignity and overall wellbeing
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment
- A compassionate, patient and respectful approach to care
- Proven experience supporting children and/or adults with SEND
- A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, or a willingness to work towards one
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A clear commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care
