• Car Driver – Handy but not essential.

Saturday and Sunday: 10am-12pm – Personal care, food prep, home chores etc. More shifts available on occasion during the week depending on availability.

Private care assistant in employers home (employed directly, not through a company). Employer directly manages wages and pay. Responsibilities include personal care, cooking from scratch, home chores, and other life tasks. Physical assistance may be required depending on abilities. Mental and emotional support as needed.

Initial training: mini, mandatory online training courses (~7-8hrs) during trial period. Shadowing with other carer for 2-3 shifts. Training paid for additional time.

• Employed: £15 p/h | holiday pay 5.6 weeks p/annum | employers insurance covered.
• Self employed:
  Open to negotiation (paperwork and insurances required).
• DBS mandatory, at employers expense for employed people.
• Supported by social services payroll.
