Waking Night Support Worker (Norwich)
Are you someone who finds purpose in supporting others, especially when the world is quiet? Mencap are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Norwich, providing vital care to individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the people we support feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
- Assist with evening routines and respond to any overnight needs.
- Help maintain a calm and reassuring environment.
- Provide personal care, complete safety checks, and offer a listening ear.
- Reliable and caring.
- Genuine interest in supporting people.
- Previous care experience not required; full training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and make a real difference.
1 × 30‑hour position available. Shifts run from 10 pm to 7 am, varying across 7 days a week.
