We are looking for a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join our Norfolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team
, a dynamic and well-supported team dedicated to providing recovery-focused community care for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

About The Role

As a Clinical Team Leader
, you will:

• Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care
• Manage a small caseload, ensuring focused and effective intervention
• Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery
• Build upon the team’s success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review
• Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating
