About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a dedicated team making sure our residents feel cared for, respected, and supported — all while helping them maintain as much independence as possible. Think of yourself as part cheerleader, part everyday hero, ensuring our care stays top-notch and lending a hand with the day-to-day happenings around the home.

Nurse / Senior Support Worker

Skills & Attributes

* A caring, patient nature (gold stars if you already have both).

* Communication skills that would make a radio host proud.

* The ability to stay calm under pressure — or at least look like you are.

* Carer experience is a bonus,

* Must have full Right to Work in the UK without any restrictions
