Residential Support Worker – Great Pay + Expenses Covered + Work-Life Balance

You’ll earn £22.50 per hour in a role that is outside IR35, meaning higher take-home pay. Plus, all travel and accommodation costs are fully covered, so you can work without the worry of additional expenses.

In this role, you’ll be supporting young people in residential care, including personal care and day-to‑day support. You’ll be part of a close‑knit, friendly team with an experienced and supportive management structure that genuinely values its staff.
