We are looking for a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join our Norfolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team

About the Role
As a Clinical Team Leader
, you will:
- Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high‑quality care
- Manage a small caseload
, ensuring focused and effective intervention - Work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support individuals in their journey to recovery
- Build upon the team's success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review
- Drive continued service improvements and help us achieve an outstanding CQC rating

By joining our team, you will be well supported to develop further your knowledge and skills to deliver evidence‑based interventions for the group of service users. Personal development will be supported through meaningful Appraisal and via a bespoke training package (a comprehensive in house & external training programmes). On a monthly basis you will be offered reflective practice sessions, mandatory clinical supervision, and Line management supervision.
You will also have an opportunity to actively take part in Quality improvement projects within the service.

Person Specification Qualifications- RMN, RLDN, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered
- ILM Certificate in management or equivalent
- Higher degree or post‑graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice
- Evidence of providing leadership in a Mental Health care environment including service development.
- Able to demonstrate experience at a senior clinical level including staff management / supervision experience.
- Experience with risk assessment and ongoing management
- Ability to travel
