A regional healthcare service is seeking a Clinical Advisor (Validator) to join its Emergency Operations Centres in Norwich. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse or paramedic with at least two years of clinical experience and must be able to manage distressed callers. The role includes intercepting non-emergency 999 calls and advising patients on safe care pathways. This position requires commitment to a minimum of 18.75 hours per week and participation in a three-week training program.
