Overview

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in various locations (e.g., Woking, Poole, Minehead, Camberley, Ilkeston, Stowmarket, Beverley, Norwich and surrounding areas). Most roles are permanent and full-time or part-time with hours varying by service.

Examples include:

- Woking, Surrey: part-time (30 hours per week) - Poole: permanent and full-time (37.5 hours a week) - Minehead:

• Provide high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities.
• Assist, enable and empower people to live as independently as possible within their home and community.
• Work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
• Support with daily activities, communication, and building meaningful relationships.
• Be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays where required.
