Location:
Norwich with hybrid working pattern Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £45k-£50k plus benefits An established organisation are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its finance team based in Norwich. This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across designated business areas. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will act as the financial lead for your assigned services, providing insightful analysis, commercial challenge, and strategic support.
You will be a visible presence within the business, contributing to both day-to-day financial management and longer-term planning.
Key Responsibilities Acting as the primary finance contact for designated business areas Providing financial insight through analysis of management accounts and performance data Supporting directors and managers with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Contributing to business strategy and identifying financial risks and opportunities Working closely with operational teams to support informed decision-making Collaborating with the wider finance team to deliver accurate forecasts and budgets Supporting the development of junior finance colleagues through knowledge sharing Attending meetings across multiple sites as required Skills & Experience Essential:
Recognised accounting or finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Proven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
