Position: Client Executive - Financial & Professional Liability (FINPRO)

Overview

We are seeking a talented, client focused individual to join our Financial & Professional Liability (FINPRO) team at Marsh
. This role will be based in Norwich
. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

What you will be responsible for
  • Manage a book of your own clients, working directly with the client and/or in collaboration with Corporate colleagues managing the wider relationship and other lines of insurance.
  • Work closely with Corporate colleagues to provide oversight, guidance and support when they are placing risks onto the Marsh facility.
  • Understand the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
  • Advise clients on coverage queries and executing mid-term programme amendments.
  • Work with the team to seek growth opportunities and subsequently win new business.
  • Assist in presentations to existing and prospective clients and suggest innovative solutions.
What you need to have
  • Excellent communication skills – both written (tenders, reports, presentations) and verbal (client meetings, colleague meetings and delivery of tenders and presentations).
  • Proven organisation abilities and the ability to multi-task.
  • Diligence, accuracy and ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure.
  • A problem-solving mentality – clients will occasionally present a challenge to us at the 11th hour and our team must always find a way to address it.
  • Pride in maintaining the highest professional standards and appetite to challenge the status quo to ensure we deliver best possible outcomes for our clients.
