Reed Finance, Norwich is recruiting for our client based in Norwich who are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner on a temporary to permanent basis

• Act as the financial lead for designated business areas, partnering with directors and managers to provide insight and guidance.
• Deliver robust financial analysis and industry knowledge to influence strategy and mitigate risks.
• Be a visible and trusted advisor, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with a professional finance team to develop forecasts, budgets, and share your expertise to support their growth.

• A recognised finance/accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in commercial finance and business partnering.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor financial information for different audiences.
• A proactive, solution-driven approach to business planning and risk management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Full UK driving licence (travel to other offices required).
