Operations & Maintenance Technician

As an O&M Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining critical infrastructure at our Bacton facility. You’ll work within a dynamic team environment, focusing on maximizing production efficiency while adhering to the highest safety standards. This role combines hands‑on technical work with problem‑solving skills, offering opportunities for multi‑skilling and professional development.

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of installation plant and equipment
• Maximize and optimize production opportunities to meet daily targets
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
• Investigate and troubleshoot operational anomalies
• Conduct front‑line problem solving and implement solutions
• Monitor and maintain processing and ancillary plant within specified operating parameters
• Document and report technical issues and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal plant performance
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs

• NVQ in Processing Operations (Hydrocarbons) – can be completed once started and achieved throughout employment
• Local residence near Bacton Gas Terminal (NR12 0JE
