The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a high-profile project based in Norfolk. Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects

Work on site delivering high-profile energy infrastructure schemes

Administer and manage contracts under NEC Option A and B

Support project teams in achieving commercial success while ensuring compliance and best practice

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in civil engineering projects

Strong working knowledge of NEC Option A or B contracts (essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related project software

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive, collaborative approach to project delivery
