R&D Testing and NPD Engineer Lead

Are you a technically minded engineer with a passion for product testing, certification, and innovation
? An established manufacturer of high-performance building products is seeking an experienced R&D Testing and NPD Engineer Lead to join their expanding Technical and R&D team.

As the R&D Testing and NPD Engineer Lead
, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering the company's product testing and new product development programmes. You'll ensure all products meet compliance, certification, and commercial standards while supporting innovation across the business.

• Lead the planning and delivery of product testing and R&D projects in line with the company's development roadmap
• Manage testing processes — including scoping, quotations, and coordination with external test providers
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and certification submissions
• Carry out testing programmes, including ad-hoc trials for bespoke projects
• Oversee project management aspects such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
