Senior Civil Engineer

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and delivering civil engineering projects. You’ll collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring designs are practical, sustainable, and compliant with industry standards.

• Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects (infrastructure, drainage, highways, flood risk).
• Manage project teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Contribute to business development and support bids/tenders.

• We’re seeking someone with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for problem‑solving.

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it.
• Proven experience in infrastructure design (drainage, highways, earthworks).
• Proficiency in industry‑standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Drainage).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
