Then you might be the Project Procurement Manager we are looking for.
Cadeler is a global partner in offshore wind farm construction and maintenance, and we are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Project Procurement Manager to help set the standard for Project Procurement t will you do?
As our new Project Procurement Manager, you will be an extended part of the project team and support with scoping procurement services for the project. You will develop procurement strategies for scopes mapped in the Project Procurement Plan.
Your main tasks include:
 
* Producing project procurement plans in close collaboration with Project teams in both WTG and Foundation T&I projects.
 
* Coordinating the deployment and execution of tenders and/or commercial strategies for recurrent or key categories within the Projects scope in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
 
* Executing, supporting and leading commercial negotiations for project required sourcing scopes as aligned and established within the Project Team and as per the project procurement plan.
 
* Analyzing and mapping risks related to leading and delivery project times and mapping critical sourcing activities accordingly.
 
* Designing and deploying structure, process requirements, and sourcing templates and other relevant quotation documentation.
 
* Supporting Project team in multi-criteria assessment analysis with the commercial and logistics criteria assessment.
 
* Monitoring that Purchase Orders are issued in compliance with Project schedule.
 
* Investigating opportunities to consolidate equipment / material requirements and seek opportunities for standardization for future demands or projects.
 
* Managing and resolving contractual issues with subcontractors in collaboration with relevant project managers.
 
* Support tendering activities and sales team with market intelligence and bids preparations.

We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:
 
* Bsc. Or Msc. degree in relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration.
 
* 5+ years work experience in Project Procurement within a relevant industry such as construction, marine, offshore wind or oil & gas.
 
* Proficient in stakeholder management with a flair for building strong networks.
 
* Prior professional experience with negotiation in contexts such as contract management.
 
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
 
* Flexibility to international business travel.
