We’re recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants to support high‑need schools across Greater Norwich. These schools support pupils with additional learning, social, and behavioural needs – and they depend on strong, reliable adults who can provide structure, stability, and positive influence every day.
This isn’t a passive classroom role. It’s active, hands‑on, and fast‑moving. You’ll need confidence, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet – but in return, you’ll gain experience that is genuinely impactful and highly rewarding.

Responsibilities- Supporting pupils with complex academic and emotional needs
- Reinforcing structured behaviour and learning plans
- Assisting with classroom tasks, literacy, and numeracy
- Managing challenging behaviour with calm authority and consistency
- Helping create a safe, purposeful, and well‑managed learning space
- Acting as a strong, dependable role model

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. School placements may change, and flexibility to travel at short notice is a key part of the role.
