We're looking for resilient, adaptable individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants
, supporting schools across Greater Norwich.

In this role, you'll work closely with pupils who have a variety of academic, social, and behavioural needs. You'll play a vital part in helping them stay engaged, emotionally regulated, and ready to learn. No two days are the same—this is a hands‑on, rewarding role where your attitude, consistency, and confidence will make a genuine impact.

While experience in education, care, or youth work is valuable, what truly matters is your resilience, positivity, and willingness to step up when it counts.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as you may be required to travel between schools at short notice.
