• Provide in-class support to learners aged 16+ across a range of curriculum areas
• Assist students with their learning, engagement, and personal development
• Offer high-quality First Aid support around campus, acting as a key First Aid contact
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support teams, and SEN specialists
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• First Aid trained (ideally holding a valid First Aid at Work certificate)
• Passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed
• Confident, calm, and able to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Approachable, patient, and positive in their communication
• Organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a wider support team
