Cover Supervisor and Pastoral Support (Education)

• Salary: £23,000 £ 27,500 per annum
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Norwich (travel across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 08:30am 17:00pm, Monday to Friday, 40 weeks per year

Eleven 11 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Cover Supervisor and Pastoral Support to join their education team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting learners, assisting with daily operations, and ensuring teaching sessions and activities run smoothly across alternative provision locations.

You will provide session cover, pastoral support, exam assistance, invigilation, and general operational support, helping young people engage, learn, and thrive in their education.
