Starting salary from £38,784 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum.
ResponsibilitiesYou will receive support to develop your research profile, producing high quality proposals to secure external research funding and disseminate results through academic publications and conferences.
You will be encouraged to work with local business to develop consultancy and research impact.
Teaching is a key part of this role and you will be mentored to deliver at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
QualificationsA PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area, with experience of undergraduate teaching and student assessment is essential.
You will have a track record, appropriate to experience, of high quality publications and have produced research which has the potential to have an impact beyond academia.
Evidence of successful applications for external grant income would be advantageous.
