ISQ Recruitment is working with a public services organisation in Norwich NR3 who are looking to recruit support the smooth operation of the Golf facility on a rota basis. The role is mainly dealing with customers wanting to use the facilities, using a modern till to take payments. There will also be a small amount of course maintenance, putting irrigation on and litter picking the course, putting flags out and bringing them in at the end of shift.

Pay £12.73 Per Hour

Customer Service & Cash Handling

• Experience in operating a modern till system accurately and efficiently. (Training can be given)
• issue out clubs and balls
• Process card payments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Provide a friendly and professional service to members of the public.
• Answer customer enquiries and provide information about pricing, bookings, and course rules.
• Balance till receipts at the end of shifts as required.

Course Maintenance & Presentation

• Irrigate the greens as required.
• Put flags out on the greens at the start of play and remove/store them appropriately.
• Litter pick across the course to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
• Monitor the course for any hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all customer-facing areas.
