As a Call Centre Service Reservations Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in our ten service departments. Your responsibilities will include answering and making inbound and outbound service calls, maximizing service bookings, and providing first‑class service to our valued customers. No prior experience is necessary; we provide full training to ensure your success. However, a background in the Service department of a Franchised dealer or Call Centre would be advantageous.
