Customer Service Co‑ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Co‑ordinator to join our East Anglia team in Norwich.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and deliver all administrative processes associated with post‑contract and handover services, ensuring the effective resolution and completion of defects for clients and purchasers.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring feedback is given to the customer and works are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Assist in organising the Customer Service Operatives’ daily diaries, logging and helping with all correspondence that comes into-He-Department.
  • Update our CRM database, deal with complex enquiries and achieve quick and efficient resolutions.
  • Answer incoming calls and perform general office administration duties.
  • Communicate with customers and subcontractors effectively, exercising proactiveness and initiative.
  • Use problem‑solving skills to reduce after‑sales costs through diagnosis of problems and instruction of the correct subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain accuracy and precision in all work outputs.
Qualifications
  • Competency in MS Office and CRM Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and subcontractors.
  • Proactive, initiative‑driven and highly accurate work ethic.
  • Problem‑solving ability mọ reduce after‑sales costs.
