Location:
Hybrid with base in London or Norwich.
Salary:
London: £48,987 to £61,234 per annum;
National: £45,168 to £56,461 per annum. In exceptional circumstances, we would consider a salary up to 10% above the top of the advertised range.
Hours:
36 hours per week; flexible options considered. Contract Type:
Permanent.

We are looking for a Creative Design Manager (Multimedia) to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in bringing Clarion Housing Group’s brand to life through compelling, high-quality creative output. You will be responsible for managing multimedia channels and production, with proven experience as a designer within an in-house creative team or agency, and a strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel creative work.
A high-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, Premiere Pro) is essential, along with strong creative and conceptual thinking and the ability to develop ideas into impactful campaigns.
You will work closely with the Head of Brand and Creative to develop and deliver innovative design concepts across multiple channels, ensuring the Clarion brand continues to evolve while remaining consistent, accessible, and trusted.
Responsibilities• Lead and guide a small team of multimedia creatives, ensuring consistent quality, brand alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with colleagues across marketing, communications and the wider organisation to produce impactful campaigns that engage audiences and support Clarion’s mission.
• Work with teams to develop materials and ensure campaigns are effective across channels.
Qualifications & Experience• Experience in design and execution of compelling visual and multimedia content.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content and develop ideas into campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showing multi-channel creative work and a high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, Premiere Pro).
