Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Residential House building Were recruiting on behalf of a leading UK residential developer for a Quantity Surveyor to join a busy Commercial team within a growing Business Unit. This role supports the procurement, commercial, and contractual delivery of residential projects, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with procurement, cost control, and commercial management Scheduling and quantifying materials and labour Processing applications, payments, variations, and day works Supporting budgets, CVRs, cash flow, and cost-to-complete reporting Monitoring and reporting project cost movements Attending site regularly and supporting valuations Requirements:
Knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC, and H&S standards Industry-related qualification (or working towards) Strong stakeholder management skills IT literate, COINS experience preferred An excellent opportunity to develop your career with a well-established residential developer.
