Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civils/Groundworks Site Manager located in Norwich. The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget, and enforce adherence to health and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing resources, and conducting site inspections and progress reporting.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in civil engineering and groundworks, including knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry, with a commitment to maintaining site safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Prior experience in a site management role within the civil engineering/groundworks sector.
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and a full UK driving license required.
