Overview
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional to join a busy and dynamic team in Norwich.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and forecasts.
- Provide commercial advice and cost management throughout all project stages.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with senior-level exposure.
- Strong estimating skills with the ability to deliver accurate pre-contract costs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- RICS qualification desirable but not essential.
- Work on varied and challenging projects across Norwich and the surrounding area.
